Don't get emotionally attached to a house and make plenty of offers that may not get accepted. 

This is going to be a rental property, so I figured I would reach out on Bigger Pockets for some feedback.Finally, if I am considering accepting Section 8 for the very first time, how does that impact my decision. 

It seems like for the past five years, you have to be fast if you want a reasonable deal when looking at the main stream stuff. 

I have had banks refuse to accept deposits into owners accounts if the name we put on the check didn't match. 

Lastly (and maybe most importantly), what are acceptable ways, in your opinion, for a Loan Officer to approach you?

Baxter, I am using Carmela from Cleveland Mortgage, we will be able to lock in that rate once the offer is accepted, she has been great.

@Ross Bowman We just got our offer accepted 30 min ago, literally on our new primary.

Is it acceptable to have your tenants do that?

As soon as you get an offer accepted, rescind the others.

My current lender only offers primary residence HELOCs, but is currently not accepting applications (assuming they will be by next summer).
