You definitely want to get to management so don't bother with the limitations of your baseline customer service. be very professional and clear with what you expect to see based on the prior temp arrangement.You will have to remove the dispute down the road to qualify for another mortgage, but that's easy.If you never made such an arrangement and simply went 90 days late you will still want to dispute a 3 agencies and hope it slips through a loop hole in response and comes off.

If the management company offers you the same knee jerk price that has been around for 50 years - keep looking - you will probably overpay. 4) Do they use a custom attorney approved lease agreement - or the Texas Association of Realtor lease agreement that has more holes in it than Swiss cheese?
