From listening to the webinar today, there is an aggressiveness.

Since I moved, I've been listening to RE investment podcasts (Bigger Pockets and others) pretty much non-stop. 

I used the downtime of COVID to get my RE license last year (why not save some money doing my own deals, do my own research and a good way to learn the industry and market) and after doing a ton of studying and listening to a ton of podcasts, I decided to get the ball rolling.

Maybe it was good timing or luck, but I was listening to Brandon Turner on an episode of the Bigger Pockets podcast and he said one simple question changed his entire business model.

I have listened to the podcasts and watched the YouTube videos as well, and I'm very excited to become a real estate investor.

Every morning on the way to work I listen to the podcasts and just feel like I learn so much.I wanted to just share a little bit about myself and my goals and see if anyone had any advice. 

I listened to an interesting podcast recently - I think it was the Afford Anything podcast - where an American ex pat couple living in Japan are buying in the US because interest rates are negative in Japan and properties actually depreciate.

We have been listening to many podcasts and reading quite a bit.
