If you decided to advertise your unit on one of the internet sites, how did the listings perform for you?

(basic definitions)The problem here is I live in a relatively smaller city (bakersfield) in California central valley and I am not sure when if there is really that many different options and different type of contractors available down here.Maybe I should just do some research, then make an appointment witht few of contractors who pass the initial internet sceening test, show them the property and ask them for an estimate and the timeline of work.This may give me a better idea which contractor to pick.

It is imperative that BP users recognize that questions they have and answers given cross political borders and the answer on one side of a boundary could be totally wrong/misleading on the other side.We all are faced with this type of situation at one point or another.  

@Joel Owens Camera's of course make sense however, then I have to get an internet connection, a DVR setup w/ cameras..Let alone get a place to setup the DVR.

Worth and he mentioned that using the TREC lease was required and okay to use.I would think that they would rather see you use it than use some off the wall internet form.

While I lived there, I had pretty crummy internet service.
