Have been in mortgage lending for about a year now and looking to pivot to an individual/smaller company so I can see how deals are done (wholesale, flips, rentals, anything).

Comes with tenant app for paying online, inspection app for my property inspections and an owner app.

What have been your experience with buying SFH in bundles from individuals say 2-3 houses at once?

Then, if you have a lot of equity in those rentals, instead of looking for a HELOC on individual rentals you can get a business line of credit that using the equity in the properties as collateral for the loan.  

This individual moving in is a recent (under) grad looking for a place to live this summer while she is in between schools... she’s going to start grad school this fall.
