If you guys are not in a high income bracket then I suspect your attorney will recomment an LLC and if he is honest, maybe even just to each of you to buy one property in your own name and test it out.  

If you have ever heard of Making Money With Short Sales by DC Fowler, can you give me a honest review of it . is it worth the $495.00 dollars?!?!  

All I need is someone to check my credit, check my taxes and they will see my businesses make money, I'm honest and I hav great credit...not sure what the problem is. 

To be totally honest I have no money to put into a deal. 

If the contractor is honest and trustworthy, it is actually most difficult to work with clients that don't know what they want.

Honestly though if you just jump on BP a few times a day, ask questions, and read forum posts that interest you, you'll learn a ridiculous amount, and even meet some great people along the way.

Additionally, as Michael SeekerThose are some great questions and to be honest I had not considered many of them at all from a mathematical perspective and I appreciate the feedback.

I honestly would just provide the hookups, unless it is a common want from the clientele in your area.
