A big factor has been setting a strict budget that eliminated things I don't really care about, allocated a portion of that spending to things I do like (eating at restaurants from time to time, vacations, etc.), and saving the rest (sacrifice & discipline).  

In my City, schools, sports venues, dine in restaurants are all closed now. 

I am currently a Sommelier and restaurant professional in Chicago with a growing family.

Our unit are in midtown Sacramento, only 1 mile from the capital and 1.5 miles from 2 major hospitals, plus walking distance to many great parks and restaurants so hoping the area will appeal to nurses and government contractors needing mid term rentals.
