Find parks in your area, forget those parks, they are 98% over priced, contact those brokers and develop a relationship.You will need a credible team, proof of funds for the down, or a cash partner who has the down funds.We did the above for 1.5 yrs post Frank and Dave's boot camp.

you beat me to the punch about Ocwen.Back in the day when things turned I was going to set up a short sale division in my Re company... so I thought I would do a few myself so I knew and understood how they worked then turn them over to my team.. well first one I try is with Ocwen it was such a pain I just completely gave up on the idea..

Hi @Abraham Rahmanizadeh Good to see an another great mind joining the team of investors.

But I met a father son team at investor meeting and they are buying up city houses and rehabbing them beautifully to rent or sell to another investor..Its win win as homes are being rehabbed nicely and there is a decent profit margin because these homes in the city are low cost to begin with.This particular multi family was a Craigslist ad..Thanks for your reply
