You may be able to get the current tenants to do a lease option, where they basically give you a deposit for the opportunity to buy the house in the future.

Control the process and create systems, something it took us a long time to figure out.If everyone knew how amazing of an opportunity real estate if for wealth creation, tax benefits and lifestyle, everyone would be doing it.

@Andrew NealHere is something I learned and am looking to implement once the opportunity presents itself:Create an LLC and have the LLC lend you a mortgage on the property you are receiving.

And have the IRA company evaluate the new investment opportunity when it comes up?

Hey everyone, hope I covered the majority of my situation up front...Have an opportunity to purchase a mobile home park in WV that isnt too rural.

I'm diving in with this post before reading any threads.I've come across a lease option opportunity and I want to make sure I have the right contracts and strategies in place before moving forward.    

Its ok to pass on a deal that is not right and wait for a better opportunity.
