Are you holding it long-term or flipping?

Bought a single screen theater in a small town and flipped it a year later for 50x.

Earlier this year I started the process of a flip but had such a hard time finding houses at a good price that I gave up.

In real estate flipping, wholesaling, and buy to hold to rent out are the main ways.

I try and have at least one flip going at a time and I am always looking for my next rental opportunity. 

My experience has been 2 flips, a single-family flip I did about 10 years ago and I’m about to finish rehabbing a 2 flat I purchased in 2014, I originally bought this property with the intention of renting in 2014 but about 9 months ago I decided to rehab and flip it do to the increase in value in the last couple of years.

I went to a few real estate classes on flipping and real estate investments.I know that real estate is the best way to being self-reliant and becoming debt-free.

Are you wanting to flip this or use it as a rental eventually?

I am pretty excited to find a whole community of real estate geeks that I can start exploring- sometimes my wife isn't quite as excited to talk about it as I would like :)I am mostly interested in BRRRR, Fix and Flips, and long term buy/hold depending on available at the time.
