Also, attending your local REI meetups is a great way to connect with experienced investors.

For someone like myself, an unsecured line of credit is not that easy for this amount of money.

Wholesaling isn't as easy as these books and gurus make it out to be.My opinion: You're better off becoming an agent and making commissions that way.
