College student looking to make connections

My name is Nihoa, I am a college student in Southern Utah and I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a year on and off. It has really inspired me to take control of my future and start investing in real estate. As a broke college student I can’t do much when it comes to money but I do have something even greater, time. I want to utilize my time in learning and if possible gain experience through the help of this great community.
