@Jeffrey Kingman, yeah, I would say increasing walkability access and ease overall promotes the area so long as the City and pedestrians keep the trails nice.

The state and metro GDP has had a strong positive trend over the last few years, the population has been growing steadily over the last 5+ years, it has a diverse job industry, crime rates have fallen, rent to value looks solid, great schools, etc.That being said, I'm looking to build a team!
