Final word of warning; Fulton County (where Atlanta is, mostly), is a bit of an anomaly in that the tax commissioner has transferred their tax liens on most properties to various sub-entities of Vesta holdings, Investa Holdings, investa services, etc... , and then the Sheriff's office is auctioning those liens off, rather than directly from the Tax office.

Changing title from an entity to your own name requires a 1.5% transfer tax in NH, with only a few exceptions allowed, so that adds a significant cost of $3000 to a $200K property. 

Bk will probably only muddy the water but not save you since you probably have personal recourse and a transfer to an LLc will not get you away from the recourse.If the property is covering the debt, you might be better served working on an extension with the bank.
