Sometimes it leads to nothing, sometimes it leads to something now...and/or down the road, with someone that was a referral by the person you would have deleted...or not wanted to ask you that question.My biggest financial source came from a conversation I had with a newbie that asked me where he should start, and where the best markets were.

I've had a number of conversations with Alex & his partner Jeremy, but he does not seem to remember me.... : (

Conversely, a good, successful and busy agent doesn't have time to waste.  4.  

They are two different mindsets.That said, unless you're a qualified / licensed journeyman in all the necessary skilled trades to make the conversion, I'd job it out.
