I've been reading the blogs and forums and listening to the podcasts nonstop since I found BP a few days ago.

I mean all they have to do is say "Hey do you want lower rent"  Sounds so simple, but it's really devastating to the economy and communities. http://www.economist.com/blogs/economist-explains/...

Id advise you to listen to all of the podcasts, read the blogs and read lots of books, especially The Book on Managing Rental Properties since you have an interest in holding rental properties.
