But I wouldn't recommend you go this route.Besides all that mess and possible liability, it's only a few months, so now you'd have to find a short-term renter.None of this sounds like a good idea.

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.
