Hello everyone, I recently came across a Single family home in Houston, TX, the property seems recently renovated and is being sold around $149,900, the average home price around the area is between $121k to $150k according to Zillow.

I did a quick search and daily use is closer to $5 a day for the average home.

HomeAdvisor says the average cost of installing trim is about $1,300 from within a range of $600 to $2,100. 

My credit is average, how instrumental would my personal credit and finances be to get a LOC with the equity?  

@Joseph I'm planning to do the same because I'm in Roselle with an average property price of 300k and with the interest rates continuing to go up a 60k down payment is not going to get me to cash flow.

Rougher neighborhoods tend to turn over tenants faster, but there is no set formula, just averages.

Average investors simply dont know how to do this and title company or attorney cant work fast enough.. 

Run numbers on average booking per night times occupancy rate.
