Looking for assistance with rental properties in Houston, Texas

Hello everyone, I recently came across a Single family home in Houston, TX, the property seems recently renovated and is being sold around $149,900, the average home price around the area is between $121k to $150k according to Zillow. I am need of a team to help me sort out whether this property could be a good deal for a rental or not. Thank you.
