I am somewhat new in the area, and don't think we've had a commercial agent at the gatherings I've attended thus far. 

If BP isn't doing another one, is there a Real Estate Investor conference that you would recommend a beginner to attend?

Finally, any sales or transfers of property out can trigger big taxable events in corporations that have to be paid then, instead of maybe being deferred to the future in a partnership or sole prop situation.
