Being from Texas I don't know anything about the costs associated with these and I don't want to get run through the cleaners on my first deal in the area.

She had her license and said that she worked with a brokerage that allowed investors with licenses to associate with the brokerage just to get access to the MLS and not have to do deals or work with clients at all.
