I need assistance putting together a list of secondary revenue streams for a property management company.

I have heard that agents can share access with an 'assistant account' of some sort.If this is possible I would be happy to do whatever assistant work is required/happy to pay for this access.

Hello I'm Paul and love this REI world of wholeselling.I have a question about Virtual wholeselling and working with Real Estate Agents.I am going virtual, so I will be connecting with agents In other markets to assist me.Can I be an" unlicenced assitant" to more than one realtor, in more than one state?

If your letters just mentions how you'd like to buy their property in so many words and leave out short sale assistance or any mention of 'short sale' it'll likely not be a problem....

Is it legal to require the borrower to sign a deed in lieu of foreclosure at the closing so if there is a default does not have to go through foreclosure just file the deed?

The key to accepting the 85% 15 year deal from the bank's perspective is the borrower's credit worthiness outside of the deal itself.

Be prepared to give all the money back including lot rent and to give the borrower the home as well.
