We are embarking on a construction project to build a 6 units onto a piece of land(30 yr fixed loan).  

I'm reaching out for some guidance or leads on potential lenders who could assist me with a cash-out refinance for a 6-unit property in South Georgia.

@Braeden Cobb I did try combining short and long term in a multi-unit property. 

Some things that make a rental appealing 1 - pet policy (pets or no pets allowed)2 - number of full bathrooms 3 - number of floors (single level vs multi)4 - backyard or lack thereof5 - school ratings (higher the better)6 - crime ratings (lower the better)7 - location to highways8 - amenities (parks, pools, trails, lakes, etc)9 - location to place of employment.10 - age of the property 11 - appliances Just to name a few.

Buy a multi-family (MF) property, live in one unit, and rent out the rest.

Its a triplex with side by side units in New Port Richey (34652).

Are they just not level?

I´ve had people on calls tell me they want a class A- 20 unit in six months, no money down, no experience with enough cash flow to fire their boss.

Then refinance my current property and use that as a down payment to a small apartment complex (5 to 7 units).
