Stefano Cracolici Marcus: Goldman Sachs New Home Improvement Loan
24 January 2018 | 2 replies
I got a mailer from Marcus about a month ago and thought I would check out there rates.I was looking to refinance some debt from a condo investment purchase from last year and the rates and terms they quoted me for just a $20k loan (I have a credit score in the high 700s) was barely competitive with rates from places like lending club with few options on the length of term.Maybe they have home rehab specific quotes that are backed by the house, in which case the information above will not apply.I ended up finding significantly better rates and terms with SoFi who I ended up going with.Hope that helps.
