Furloughed and laid off employees will have their jobs back, and thankfully, especially servers and bartenders, they aren't waiting 2 weeks to get cash in hand. 

This is your investment and your hard-earned money, get after it :)Provide whatever you've signed thus far to the attorney as well and even self-review.

I am thinking this will be a fair way to give more relief to the better longer term tenants, and does not require me to have one to one conversations, reviewing evident of hardship, and making case by case decisions that may come back to me as being unfair treatments and playing favorites. 

Restaurant servers, cooks, those in retail, hotels and transport are literally out of work right now.

I am aware that BP offers, for purchase, legally reviewed landlord forms to members.

Note that I didn't review your math so it may or may not be correct. 

When fear sets in (and it does for all of us), do a quick review of the deal.
