I am looking to househack in my local area, Beaver County PA to be specific, and I know some people who have done the "rent by the room" strategy but they invest in other parts of the U.S. and I was wondering if it is market dependent or not?

I already got a letter from rent board saying i told them to leave which is false. yes this is SF,CA. people wonder why rent is expensive in sf its because landlord like us always get screwed by these tenant.

Any advice on reaching people, buyers, investors, etc in other states to help gain momentum and interest?

Do you have a written estimate from the people that will do the clean up?

Use caution when people say they get both.

Some people gave me advice saying I need to get a real estate agent and an attorney also some say just an attorney since I found a house.

At least, not as big as some people lead on about it. 

Pros and Cons of renting to young people besides the few I can think of on my own ?

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.
