I have to pay almost $300 a quarter for my office and my individual fees, as opposed to $60 a quarter if I were with another broker.I've also heard that KW has a policy against its agents buying/selling their own property.

I have a full time office person do an initial scrub of properties based on criteria then the possibles are sent to me.I not only do multifamily but also retail with STNL and MTNL and look nationally in various price ranges.
