My wife and I are looking to relocate out of state by the end of the year, but would like to hold on to our 2 houses.

Area is growing, most houses sold in front of mine, 1M condo conversion just got built/sold on same street. 20mins to NYC Fidi.- Now looking to sell around 600k (redfin says its worth over 650k, not sure), with 3.3% 30yr fixed loan w 285k loan still, looking for around 315k+ profit.

I just bought a house in los angles and can only afford the mortgage if I get roommates.  

I've encountered the same issue with being "banned" from Face Book Market Place this morning.I posted a house for rent on Friday and received 30+ inquiries over the weekend.

I have a  good amount of equity and was wondering if it is at all possible to get either a HELOC or cash out in someway to possibly offer a OIC to the SBA and get it off my house.

I'm particularly passionate about House Hacking and Multi Units. 

My wifes house is nearly payed off and we are thinking of buying a new one and doing a live and flip while we rent out our current house... and meanwhile I am really trying to get all the info and contacts so I can pull the trigger on a deal once I find a good one and have the tools to take it down succesfully. 

I have a large dog that likes to bark any time he hears someone walking past the house.
