Or some other direct investment into RE.. there are many many more ways to be profitable in RE .. this is just one approach.. granted the one that is the easiest to understand and the most talked about. but it far from the most profitable for most folks

I only have a cursory understanding of the program and was wondering if anyone has had any experience(s) using a foreign investors capital to buy property while granting them qualification for the visa program.Any input would be helpful.Thanks in advance.

One of my properties I have amazing tenants; granted I do many nice things for them in return but they are amazing nonetheless.As an example they gave us a hand made gift basket for Christmas with candles, body lotions, wine, etc that they made.

I usually tell folks with property in Everett to give @Grant Fosheim a holler.

However, they also have loan programs and grants for deleading.

sorry I can't speak for Philly, but here we file for holdover and it is an immediate grant and you can immediately file for forcible entry with the cons able and your crew to remove her stuf/change the locks.
