I am not a fan of combining a HELOC with a mortgage.  

I am not a big fan of partnering with contractors.

My bother/sister in law are moving back from England, and will be renting for a while.Looking for a duplex that was built to be a duplex (...as opposed to a converted SFR).If you have anything, preferably turn-key or post-rehab (but I'm open), let me know.

Definitely worth it to me.The electrician is coming this weekend to do some wiring work (adding ceiling fan boxes, etc.).

Yes, even if you create a fan page and get 100 people to like your page, when you post on your own fan page , not everyone will see your post.......unless you pay. 

I tried a turnkey guy on the last one just to see if I could get out of the management side of things and its just too hard to price "$85 per fixture including materials" That could be a $10 light with a ripoff on the install, or a decent ceiling fan he's putting in for free.Different people do different things, though. 

Take a run up to Porter Paints on main street in woodstock and get their new designer picks fan wheel.
