One is about 36" x 76" (too short for those off-the-shelf adjustable screens from the big-box stores, which I hear are cheap junk anyways) and the other has got to be 48" x 80" or so (I don't have exact measurements on that one).I'm getting quoted prices of $160 to $200 for a custom built job on site for each of these.

Wife's social security # came up as "invalid" on two different search sites and the guy seems to have a huge list of unexplained past addresses and p.o. boxes...I think I'll be moving on to find some different renters.

This is the military system and was adopted by many large corps such as Sears for their filing system.Regardless of how you do it, be consistant so that anyone can see how it's done and they can catch on easily to find something.With computerized files, life is easier, but you still need hard copies, IMO.Important docs, deeds, notes, important agreements, are kept in a safe deposit box with copies in the office.

Still- once the mail box money is rolling in, you are now freed up to figure out how to use your time to do more deals and make more money!
