I have gone to a few auctions in McHenry County, IL.. and watched these very tight lipped "investors".. with these books that had listings in them... and they were going down the line and crossing off the listings as they were sold, cancelled or rescheduled..

It opened my eyes quite a bit to say the least on the whole business.Experience --- Read every book under the sun on real estate investing.
