Mostly cosmetics....roof is in good shape, etc...biggest thing looks like we'll have to patch some walls as it looks like someone to a baseball bat to the place before they moved out, some doors are missing, and carpet throughout will need to removed. 4.

So have a blessed day....That same saying was on the kitchen wall in a house I bought at sheriff sale ...So I think you have to be somewhat willing to handle some of your own problems on a day-to-day basis ...Oh, and for reading, that same house had the book titled "A Day Late and a Dollar Short" - they really should have written the sequel: "A WHOLE Lot More than a Day Late, and a WHOLE Lot More Than a Dollar Short" :D

I believe there is slight space--maybe an inch-- betweeen the sides and walls (1/2" each side)I don't think it's a problem, but what do you think?

Buy some of these spray paint cans (primer + paint) from HD or Lowe's, tape around the walls and edges really well and go at it.

You should have seen the writing on the wall with your HELOC - I do not know anyone that did not max theirs out or at least make the conscious decision to not, knowing it would be taken.2.

., and garage.Once you know what the common costs are for each area for a specific size home, you can see how easy it will become to walk in and walk out 15 minutes later with a rehab figure in your head.For instance, I know that a full gut and remodel including new toilet, new vanity, mirror, sink, glass door enclosure, stone/tile on shower walls, etc will run me $2500 per bathroom.
