I'm working on giving a presentation to fellow agents within my brokers office with the help of Josh to attract more of the people I interact with everyday participate on BP.

However in the situations I know of, I don't think there is enough interaction with the investor to learn much.

I have had limited interaction with fixing up rental properties, which was primarily focused on painting and rubbish removal.
