If they let you do it for financial gain, then it is up for debate by others.

That kind of loss would be devastating financially and I need better coverage.Once you know your answer to that question you know which type of policy to take.

The building is in great shape, occupancy is always 100% with no turnover, my credit is good, my cash reserves are good and the financials for the building last year are good. 

However, as @Chris Mason also mentioned, I can't truly give you an assessment without seeing all of your paperwork and financials.
