I have googled side gigs and nothing seems to be something I could do or really have the skillset for such as web designing or anything of that nature.

Not sure about their reputation, there were definitely some questionable things I found....but seem to be mostly tied to rental issues with their "own listings". 

Agents that handle the niche market of Real Estate should understand this is a reputation business and I hope that I keep making my clients money they keep utilizing my services.

Would be best to get a reputable RE/Eviction attorney in that locality and follow their instructions. 

As long as you have them repaired by a reputable foundation company and include repair documentation / warranty info in your disclosure, you will be able to sell. 

It will come back and they will never live down a bad reputation.

Most accurate rental price data would come from a reputable property manager in that area.
