I know this is a young age to be thinking of a career but my mates do and I watch programmes about retail often and enjoy the concept and I could see myself doing it and am intrigued by being my own boss!

I watch zillow in my areas and see what thinks are renting for!

Yet if you watch TV car ads many companies are touting their automation features, especially luxury brands.

I have established a good relation with a bank located downtown in Miami Florida since I opened an account years back and my father is an investor himself.I will certainly start watching those webinars here at biggerpockets to get more details, but I am more appreciated hearing peoples experiences and points of view about the areas I have mentioned above regarding population growth and cash flow properties in those places.I am really happy to hear your feedback and will be following for some more.

I've watched alot of the podcasts and read through dozens of forum posts before setting up an account. 

I will comment to watch out for two reasons:1: School district problems2: GE appears to be moving on (on the plus side, you have a 1 million square foot Lord Corporation facility on upper Peach St.)Other than that, I think there are some golden nuggets to be found.
