The longest fixed rate mortgage I was able to find had a 7 years tenure, where the variable rate mortgage can take up to 25 years tenure.

My preference is no HOA so that I have control over the property and the variables don't change that are out of my control.

Again, totally depends on so many variables.

A personal loan may be possible depending on your debt-to-income ratio and other variables.

Any construction job has so many variables that you can't list in a table that I don't think any answer you get here in the forum is going to have much validity for your actual job.  

A few variables here depends on your goals, etc. just my 2 cents.

Have you seen investors start to ask about financing offering terms (make sure not uncapped variable rates)?
