How far off am I?
Looking to price out a remodel of a 1300 sq foot 3 bed 1 bath. replace flooring throughout with engineered hardwood, re-do bath and kitchen. Below is what I'm putting together in research on materials and after getting some quotes.
Does this seem right? ~50K for nice but rental quality? No electrical or plumbing expected.

The challenge with your question is that it can very by a factor of 3 based on who you ask to quote it. At pure retail, a bathtub remodel could cost you $18,000 (my in-laws just paid that much to rip out a tub, and put in a walk-in shower). I had a guy that would have done it for $4,000 - 6,000 - but they didn't ask. It's that way all the way down your list. If you get the guy in the beat up truck that doesn't have a permit... it will be cheap. If you get the guy with the embroidered shirt, logo on his new van, and advertises on TV, it will be expensive. If you pull permits, hire a GC, etc.. it will be more than if you GC the job yourself.
In the end the only real way to know the answer is to have it quoted. Any construction job has so many variables that you can't list in a table that I don't think any answer you get here in the forum is going to have much validity for your actual job. I would suggest trying to reach out to some local rehabbers and asking if they could share a contractor or two that they would recommend - maybe from a local REI group? Contact those vendors directly and ask them to quote the job. Compare the quotes. Then you'll have a solid answer you can act on.
Know it isn't the answer you want... but I think it's closer to how you will find the real answer
