I can't say enough good things about her and how valuable she is to our success.I had a hard time letting go of the control at the beginning, but once I did and I got a good assistant, I found out that she was much better than me at a lot of things.

The property is valuable especially since it's zoned R3 and right near the beach but even if this place was paid in cash, i project after all expenses i would make about $600/month.Is this something you would pursue?

We hired a contractor who is currently replacing them with 2 steel I-beams (one for the front half of the building and one for the rear half, both in the middle of the building).

The top of the bracing always gets bolted to the joist system, again with appropriate bolts (it's the bolts and joists that take the load, not so much the steel beams) with appropriate numbers and spacing.
