After they earn your business with running comps, feed them some business.If you belong to an REI club, take them to a meeting and introduce them. especially new realtors.Ask for a few of their cards, you can pass them out in the right situation.See if they need help, you can learn while you assist and they can help you.Good luck...

I recently flipped an option out of a resturant, not sitting at a computer looking at REOs.Pass out cards.

I have uploaded the pics they speak for them selves.

Over the past few years we have what I would call a feast and you could walk into 711 and have a clerk hand you their real estate agent card cause they did it on the side.

Most large Illinois Title companies have published rate cards which doesn't allow for bait and switch pricing.  

I am always amazed that if you are serious about real estate investing, you do not have a Business Card for contact information.  

Go apologize for the short notice and give her a coffee shop gift card to enjoy with her boyfriend.

From that point on, anytime I saw a house under construction or being flipped, I would stop and get the contractors card and contact info.

The small win that I achieved was being able to successfully trace an owner of a property from a post card that was sent back to me as "return to sender".
