Collin, what kind of distances would your wife be willing to travel?

A lot of brokers don't put their listings on Loopnet, but just send them out to their buyers list and put them on their own site.

Spending ay too much time on replying to tour request from Zillow and other sites

I am definitely getting my full share of knowledge from the site, as well as members such as yourselves pitching in and sharing information.
