My team and I recently created an LLC and are in the process of securing 2 deals that will be owned 50% by our LLC and 50% my our partners’ LLC.

Good morning team, I wanted to share that I recently purchased a house in Palatka, Florida.

I’m 18 years old and live in Longmont Colorado and am currently trying to learn as much as I can about real estate.

We have had only one in 15 years over the entire portfolio (granted we rent higher end, so less drama to begin with) but if our team can't fix an issue I usually meet with the tenant to find a solution. 

I am eager to learn from all of you and soak up as much knowledge and advice as I can.I come from a background in IT, and while real estate investment is new to me, I am passionate about learning and growing in this field.

I feel it is important landlords know the rules and learn how to minimize the risk.

While I acknowledge my individual capabilities, I firmly believe that working within a team environment opens up limitless possibilities.

What are ways I can learn and experience being a real estate agent at 16 years old?
