I said no, and took it to my Credit Union......they took it without any hold at all.There is a common theory that these large banks use the floating money from holds to make a little vigorish, I wouldn't be surprised.....

Both claim to use electronic notary stamps in addition to electronic signatures which is something I use already anyway.Unfortunately, I'm stuck here for the next couple of months (surprise, cancel Christmas) and everyday that passes is costing me money.

I'm surprised that the court even accepted your eviction filing in the first place without a rental license or an attorney on record, so it's hard to give practical advice here without knowing the specifics.In terms of whether you can gain legal access, it depends on what the lease states.

There is way more demand than supply during football season, and there is a surprisingly strong demand on off-football weekends due to the amount of travelers that come to Waco to go to the Magnolia Silos and do the whole "Fixer Upper" tour thing.

If you find the guy willing to do this, never let him go, however don't be surprised if no contractor will come to your possible houses and give you your renovation costs for free...My opinion is do your homework and learn what things cost, so you can place your bids.
