Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Before buying I'd recommended looking at meeting minutes for the HOA board, look at financials, and talk to residence about the STR environment.

My insurance company was very receptive to adding my property management and there have been no issues since, so my recommendation is to not sweat it too much.

@Billy Farley if you’re just looking for card recommendations I signed up for a cash rewards card with Wells Fargo and have been getting a good amount of cash back which I’m crediting towards my balance.

It may be more simple than you think, so I'm happy to share my experience and recommendations.

I wouldn't recommend buying all cash if you can avoid it.
