I studied in Rutgers Newark and saw house much money was going into the city and knew I needed to invest but didn't know where or how to start.

The stuff you can get online is someone else's solution to this challenge or a watered-down document that just covers the basics.Suggest you download several leases for you state and spend a weekend studying them, then cutting and pasting all the best parts into YOUR lease, that you fully understand.

For these past three months I have discovered I am passionate about learning more and more about real estate investing each and everyday, it is all I want to do with my free time on the weekends and days off work.

That also gives you time to study the market and determine how much you can rent it for and plan for any renovations.
