@Ray Reed Paterson is very challenging area i grew up here all my life, even the decent areas are fill with crime, my street was involve in a shooting 2 times this year and where i live is a decent area.

What are lot lines,  and parking restrictions for area and building, off street parking regulations !!

This is what I did here on this deal-I created a better market for an unusual deal on a busy street located in a hot market.  

Check out the tax assessors site for the county and know if the parcel is a street or power line right of way or drainage ditch.  

The tenants we're dealing drugs and he ended up having to sell them off.

I do know the area well I've lived here my whole life, but it's a city so I don't know where every street or building is.

@David DyeIf I were you I would make trip out to visit those houses and the areas in person... they are typically not the greatest of zip codes definitely C or D properties but it depends on the street and PM if you will succeed in these tougher areas.

Word on the street is that most major brokerage firms are moving in that direction because of Errors and Omission Insurance.
