Because I was thinking if it burns down and the insurance is in my name it will count against my personal insurance even though it is a business property. i purchase the mobile home in my name from a auction and flip them at a profit.

The overall impression I want to leave the tenants with is that I'm experienced at this and good communication between us is important, that this lease is a basic set of reasonable provisions, and that they can count on me to hold up my part of the bargain.There are also of course other things that are unsaid between us at this meeting, of course, but nevertheless come across clearly.

In yesterdays newspaper I read that a county official is trying to get the 2020 census taken during the turnaround so that all the temporary workers here would be included in the population count
