Should Insurance for mobile home flip be in corporation name?
I have a question I know it has probably been asked but should I get a mobile home in my corporation name? Because I was thinking if it burns down and the insurance is in my name it will count against my personal insurance even though it is a business property. i purchase the mobile home in my name from a auction and flip them at a profit.
