This specific location is where my brother lives at and he will be the handyman/property manager.

@Florsabel De La RosaPunta Cana gets two thirds of the country's tourism but most tourists go there for the all-inclusive resorts so you have pros and cons and a lot of the money has already been made there.I prefer the North Coast indeed  and specifically Las Terrenas and the Samana Peninsula.

There's a specific development program for financing newly constructed properties for buyers and the entire project as well.

I would not plan on refinancing after a year... unless you are adding massive value during that time.
